Whiskey Beef Sauce Recipe

By Richard Thomas

This is a quick recipe for whipping up a sauce that will go well with any kind of steak, roast beef, open faced hamburger, or anything else that is beef and you might want such a sauce for.

Ingredients
Olive Oil
4 to 6 whole button mushrooms
Green onions
1 shot of whiskey
250 ml in 8.5 oz of cream
Paprika
Black pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Chop up the green onions. Coat the bottom of the frying pan with olive oil and saute the green onions and whole button mushrooms. Once these are cooked, turn up the heat on the burner and pour the shot of whiskey in. Reduce that down, turn down the heat, and add the cream. Stir the cream in, and once the cream is warmed up, add a dash of pepper, a dash of paprika, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir that up, and serve.

I don’t like mushrooms and neither does Geronimo Jones.
