Booker’s Bourbon Roundtable 2016 Selection Released

By Richard Thomas

The third batch of Booker’s Bourbon in 2016 is also the year’s selection from the Booker’s Bourbon Roundtable, a group of invited experts and writers.

The new Booker’s has been named “Toogie’s Invitation” in honor of Marilyn “Toogie” Dick, a lifelong friend of founding distiller Booker Noe, Toogie was part of the “original roundtable,” gathering at Booker’s kitchen table with family and friends to help select some of the first Booker’s batches.

This new batch of Booker’s is a 6 1/3 year old bourbon, bottled at 129 proof (64.5% ABV) from stock drawn from six different Beam warehouses. The MSRP is the standard $59.99 for a fifth (750 ml) of Booker’s Bourbon.
