Hellyers Road Releases Single Malt Commemorating Henry Hellyer

Australian distillery Hellyers Road is set to release Wey River, a single malt commemorating explorer Henry Hellyer, the man who first surveyed northwest Tasmania.

Hellyers Wey River Single Malt will be a single cask release, drawn from the same stock of Pinot Noir Finish whisky, the distillery’s most lauded. These will be sold in 500 ml bottles at cask strength, 60.8% ABV, and available on order from the distillery. The Wey River run has amounted to 405 bottles. They are priced at $161.20 AUD, plus shipping and handling.
