Tullamore Dew Saw Substantial Sales Increase In 2017

Ireland’s Tullamore D.E.W. saw overall growth with global sales growing an impressive 9% in 2017, helping to drive a substantial increase in profits for parent company William Grant & Sons.

Tullamore D.E.W. is the second largest Irish whiskey globally and the bestselling Irish whiskey in a number of markets globally. Tullamore D.E.W. invested €25m into its distilling operation in 2017 with the opening of a new grain distillery and bottling plant at Tullamore. This brings the total invested by William Grant & Sons in the Tullamore Distillery up to €100m, making it one of the largest employers in the area with a workforce of over 100.
