Calumet Bourbon Launches Centennial Collection
Calumet Farm was once famous as a sprawling fixture that dominated the western country outside Lexington, Kentucky. The whitewashed board fences and white, red and green barns of the property were iconic, the farm was home to many famous race horses over the decades, and the property’s fall was the stuff of true crime podcasts and national scandal. Calumet Farm continues today in a much truncated form, but also as a bourbon brand. That brand is poised to mark the 100th anniversary of the namesake farm with a Centennial Collection:

All five bourbons are made with the brand’s signature high-rye mash bill: 74% Corn, 18% Rye, 8% Malted Barley, a recipe that has remained unchanged since Calumet Farm Bourbon began.
