Chattanooga Whiskey Unveils New Batch Of Bonded Whiskey
Chattanooga Whiskey has shipped a new batch of its bottled in bond bourbon, this time drawing on stocks of multiple mash bills made between January and June 2021. Thus, it is called Chattanooga Whiskey Bottled in Bond Bourbon: Vintage 2021.
This latest batch draws on a new five-grain bourbon mash bill, dubbed SB078, mash bill for the first time. It contains a Belgian-made chocolate malted barley, a double roasted caramel malted barley, and a cherrywood smoked malted barley. The SB078 was used as 20% of the overall blend. Another 50% comes from their staple wheated bourbon mash bill.
Chattanooga Whiskey Bottled in Bond Bourbon: Vintage 2021 is in 750ml bottles and priced at $53.
