Pennsylvania’s Manatawny Releases Keystone Whiskey
By Richard Thomas
Manatawny Still Works, a craft distillery located in southeastern Pennsylvania, has released its new Keystone Whiskey. This is a four-grain whiskey drawn from a predominately malt mashbill, plus oats, wheat and rye, and drawn from stock aged in new white oak for between 12 and 25 months. Keystone is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).
Keystone joins the previous whiskeys from the Pottstown distillery, the J. Potts White Whiskey and the releases of their small batch series.
