Michter’s Master Distiller Willie Pratt has approved the release of the 2016 installment of Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon for sale this April.
This follows only months after the December 2015 release of the delayed 2015 Michter’s 10 Year Bourbon. Fans of Michter’s therefore will have seen two chances to pick up a bottle of the esteemed 10 Year Old Bourbon back to back, but will then experience a drought of anywhere from several months to over a year.
“I love our 10 Year Bourbon and wish we could sell it year-round, but we just don’t have enough,” said Pratt.
The suggested U.S. retail price per 750ml bottle of Michter’s 10 Year Bourbon is $120.
