2. Delmonico Steakhouse

Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian Resort has an incredible selection of over 600 whiskies from all around the world. Created by Emeril Lagasse, their whisky list is famous as the “Whisky Book.” There you’ll find more than 300 scotches, 200 American whiskies, and even ten varieties of Kavalan alone.

They’ve thought of everything, even including a useful map that shows where each scotch distillery is. You can explore many different expressions and even private cask bottlings. For example, there’s the Gordon & MacPhail Rare Vintage Glen Grant, as well as some classics like the single-barrel E.H. Taylor.

3. Scotch 80 Prime

At Scotch 80 Prime in the Palms, you’ll find a treasure trove of over 500 different whiskies, worth a whopping $3 million.
