Sugarlands Launches Rye-Apple Moonshine

Sugarlands, a moonshine distillery situated in the popular resort area around Gatlinburg, Tennessee, have added an apple-flavored rye-based moonshine to their line.

Bottled at 80 proof, Sugarlands Rye Apple is the creation of the distillery’s collaboration with Mark Ramsey and Digger Manes, two alumni of the Discovery Channel program Moonshiners. The addition of the Rye Apple raises Sugarland’s line of moonshines to an even dozen. The new liquor became available at the distillery before the New Year, and will be available wherever Sugarlands is already on sale in the coming weeks.
