This past January, Seattle, Washington’s OOLA Distillery marked its 10th year. They celebrated by throwing a party at their Capitol Hill location and by opening a new facility in Georgetown. Located at 6235 Airport Way S, Owner & Head Distiller Kirby Kallas-Lewis stated that “Georgetown’s vibrant restaurant, winery, brewery and bar scene seemed like the perfect fit for our expansion.”
The Georgetown OOLA location has a tasting/sales room, open Tuesday to Saturday from 1 to 6pm, that doubles as an event space for groups of up to 40 people. They will be distilling gin and selling/retailing their award winning Vodka’s, Gin’s, and Whiskey’s.
