Freddie Noe Expands His “Little Book” With The Infinite Edition II

Some thirteen years ago, 8th generation Beam distiller Freddie Noe launched his own brand, Little Book, envisioned as a showcase that could draw on not just whiskeys made at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, but from across the drinks portfolio of parent company Suntory Global Spirits. The name references legendary master distiller Booker Noe, Freddie’s grandfather, while the format of Little Book follows that of the elder Noe’s namesake bourbon brand, Booker’s. It’s bottle and labeling are reminiscent of Booker’s, and like Booker’s all Little Book expressions have been bottled at cask strength.

The Infinite is a sub-branch of Little Book, intended to pull from the three Noe generations of Beam master distillers: Booker, Fred and Freddie. The first installment was released last year. This second edition is made from:

  • Booker’s Component – Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Aged 22 years
  • Fred’s Component – Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Aged 10 years
  • Freddie’s Component – Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Extended Fermentation) – Aged 7 years
  • Shared Family Component – Little Book The Infinite I

Little Book The Infinite Edition II was bottled at 120.8 proof and is priced at $199.99
