Colorado’s Golden Moon Releases Middle-Aged Tennessee Bourbon

Colorado’s Golden Moon Distillery is better known for its spirits that aren’t whiskey, as well as for it’s use of antique, early-to-middle 20th Century stills for making those spirits. Now co-founder and Master Distiller Stephen Gould is trying his hand at whiskey by releasing a 13 year old Tennessee-sourced bourbon.

Gunfighter 13 Tennessee Bourbon – Orphan Cask is bottled at 50% ABV and will retail for $99. This will be followed by a second Gunfighter expression, Gunfighter 15 Year Old.

  1. Thank you for the shout-out. One small thing though, I’ve been making whiskey for almost 30 years (a lot longer then I’ve been making gin and other things).

We currently have five Gun Fighter whiskey releases (3 bourbons and two ryes), plus our line of Colorado-malted grain to glass Golden Moon Colorado Single Malt Whiskies … all produced here at Golden Moon.

You all should come out to Golden Colorado for a visit.
