Booker’s “Country Ham” Coming For Autumn

The third batch of Booker’s for 2019 is making its way to store and bar shelves, this one dubbed “Country Ham.” Booker Noe’s grandfather, Jim Beam himself, cured his own hams in a backyard smokehouse which still stands on the Beam property today. When Booker moved into Beam’s house, he revived the tradition, restored the smokehouse, and cured his own country ham.

Booker’s 2019-3 “Country Ham” was batched and bottled after 6 years, 4 months and 2 days, with the batch cask strength coming out at 124.7 proof. The price will remain $79.99.
