Company Distilling Hires New CEO
By Richard Thomas
Company Distilling, the Tennessee distilling company co-founded in 2022 by former Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller Jeff Arnett after his departure from Lynchburg, Tennessee, has hired a new CEO: Cassie Halley.
Halley comes from being CMO and COO at Little Arrow Outdoor Resort in East Tennessee, and thus brings executive-level experience in the hospitality industry. Although not a liquor industry person, one can imagine that with Arnett and people chosen by him on the Company Distilling team, that part of the business is already well in hand.
“Cassie brings a rare combination of operational discipline, creativity, and a genuine love for this industry,” said Master Distiller Jeff Arnett. “She understands how to build a brand that lasts, and she leads with the kind of clarity and respect that brings out the best in people.”
Halley added, “Company Distilling was founded on the belief that great spirits bring people together. I’m honored to help lead us into this next chapter and build on the foundation that’s already been laid.”
