Knob Creek Starts New Blender’s Edition Series

In its latest periodic limited edition product series, Jim Beam has put the spotlight on the work blenders do with Knob Creek Blender’s Edition. The first installment is hand-crafted Master Distiller Freddie Noe and his blending teams, who chose the barrels to emphasize the sweet side of Knob Creek’s flavor profile.

Contrasted with the standard Knob Creek Small Batch, which is nine years old and bottled at 100 proof, Knob Creek Blender’s Edition is aged a minimum of 10 years, bottled at 106 proof. The new bourbon is available nationwide for a limited time at $44.99 SRP for a 750mL bottle.
