Booker’s 2019-04, the last batch of the year, is coming out soon, and its name is “Beaten Biscuits.” Like so many tales of the now legendary Master Distiller Booker Noe, this one is centered on food. It’s said Booker learned to make biscuits with his grandmother, as so many Southerners do, and he spent years perfecting his recipe and technique in an effort to get them as good as hers were. Hence, “Beaten Biscuits.”
This batch came out at 126.1 proof after 6 years, 6 months and 19 days of aging. The price is holding steady at $79.99 a bottle.
