Starlight Distillery Has New Estate Collection Bourbon

Starlight Distillery is proud to announce the release of its Estate Collection 7-Year Cask Strength Bourbon, an annual expression produced in collaboration with the Estate Whiskey Alliance and among the purest reflections of what Starlight has to offer.

Starlight Distillery’s Estate Collection is a true reflection of commitment, passion and family legacy. Made entirely grain-to-glass on the Huber family estate, with 80% of its grain grown and harvested on estate land, this limited release represents the highest level of craftsmanship the distillery can offer. As an Estate Whiskey Certified product, every step, from milling and cooking to fermentation, distillation, barreling, aging and bottling, takes place on the estate.

This blend was carefully selected from some of the finest bourbon resting in Starlight’s rickhouses and features the distillery’s signature three-grain mash bill, built on rare heirloom corn and Indiana rye. Each barrel was sweet mash fermented, double pot distilled on the distillery’s Vendome copper stills, entered at low proof and aged slowly for seven years to develop exceptional depth and character.

Hand-selected by the Huber family (Ted, Blake and Christian), each barrel was bottled only at full maturity. Bottled at cask strength at 110.8 proof, this bourbon represents Starlight Distillery’s commitment to authenticity, provenance and world-class American whiskey.

This is a whiskey that couldn’t be made anywhere else, by anyone else.”
