Indiana’s Hard Truth Releases Trio Of 7 Year Old Whiskeys

Hard Truth Distilling Co. has announced the release of three limited, seven-year expressions from its core whiskey portfolio: Sweet Mash Rye, Bourbon and Wheated Bourbon. These are the oldest whiskeys to come from the Indiana distillery yet, surpassing the 6 year old Sweet Mash Rye.

The bourbon is made from a mash of 73% Corn, 19% Rye, 8% Malted Barley; the Sweet Mash Rye is made from a mash of 94% Rye, 6% Malted barley; the wheated bourbon is made from a mash 69% Corn, 19% Wheat, 12% Malted Barley. 11 barrels of bourbon, 10 barrels of sweet mash rye and 8 barrels of wheated bourbon went into the current limited edition batch.
