Indiana’s Starlight Distillery To Join 10 Year Old Club
Starlight Distillery has announced the coming release of its first ever 10 Year Bourbon. From the heart of Huber’s Orchard & Winery, where seven generations of farming traditions run deep, this bourbon begins its journey with a large portion of estate-grown grains—meticulously harvested, milled, and sweet mash fermented before being double pot distilled on our 500-gallon copper pot still. Every step of the process takes place on the Huber estate, capturing the essence of “farm-to-glass” like few others in the world of whiskey.
Aged for a full decade in Seguin Moreau Icône barrels—sourced from their world-renowned Napa Valley cooperage—this bourbon was matured in Warehouse 2, West Side, the warmest pocket of the distillery’s rickhouses. This environment pushes flavor to the edge, intensifying the bourbon’s body, aromatic depth, and complexity.
Hand-selected by members of the Huber family, each barrel was bottled at its absolute peak. The result is a rare spirit that delivers layered notes of dark caramel, charred oak, ripe orchard fruit, and warm baking spice—unfolding in perfect harmony across the palate.
“This isn’t just another bourbon—it’s a reflection of our family’s legacy and the land we’ve farmed for over 180 years,” said Christian Huber, 7th-generation distiller. “It’s a moment of reverence in a glass. One we’ve waited ten years to share.”
The bourbon will be available starting July 26th, 2025 at Starlight Distillery (19816 Huber Road, Borden IN). To celebrate the release, Starlight will be hosting a public event on Saturday, July 26th starting at 10am.
